"The property was exactly what was described. The photos posted on Airbnb don’t do Justice to how gorgeous the house actually was in person. Very spacious. Great for big groups & had so many fun activities to do while being in the house (dominos, pool, golf turf, bbq grill , pool table). The house was fairly close to the beach & local restaurants. The hosts had many recommendations that made our stay worthwhile. I would return back & recommend to others."

The house is more beautiful in person, confortable, has everything that you need to stay clean and maintained. The pool was a plus and very clean as well.
Megan and David were the best, very respectful, always asking if we needed something. We are coming again-. We had a quality time.

"Where to start! From the moment I was interested in renting this property Ana was very responsive. Never waited long for a response. I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a beautiful birthday, all accommodations I asked for she was able to provide. They were very accommodating with airport transfer, Birthday balloon setup, private chef and personal chauffeur. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the views from the rooftop pool is stunning. Very clean upon arrival. Everything is very close with a short ride into central Las Terrenas, and you can walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. This is one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever had. 10/10. Customer service is top tier. The whole management team is amazing. I will Definitely be renting again. Do not hesitate and book!!!"

The villa is gorgeous and Punta Popy is the place to be in Las Terrenas. It was near the center but without the noise. We were there for a whole month with our 2 kids and they had a blast in the pool! We went to the beach everyday easily. Restaurants nearby are great too! We cannot recommend this place enough 🙂 thanks to Zen Republik for the amazing stay!!!

Stunning villa 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center. We opted for a long stay (42 days) and really enjoyed it. Nothing negative to say about the maintenance, the gardener visits 3 times a week and he knows how to take care of the pool very well. Also, the land is well landscaped.
The living room is comfortable for 4 people and the outdoor living room is really well ventilated, there is plenty of space. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, we were not able to test the other beds, there were 2 of us.
Excellent service from our hosts, Megan and David from Zen Republik, we never lacked anything, they were always listening to us.

"This place is way better than we expected. The loft is located in a beautiful hill overlooking the ocean and vegetation. Only minutes away from amazing restaurants and beaches. We felt at home in this loft and it has great amenities. Meghan and David are very responsive and helpful. We look forward to renting again from them."

"We stayed as a family of 10. We stayed for 4 nights.
The villa was specious and well distributed rooms. The kitchen was pristine and equipped, it had everything we needed to make any meal with a Supermarket near by. We cooked a few times. The hosts, David and Megan were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The area was safe and close to everything in town. We walked for many of our meals to near by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We ran very early in the mornings and never felt uncomfortable with the locals and other tourists. I cant say enough about this Villa and the hosts. We already recommended it to a few family members. And we will rent it again. Thank you Megan and David for making our stay unmatched."

'We had a fantastic time staying at the Villa. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Communication with David and Meghan was smooth and prompt, making the booking process seamless.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a detailed tour of the property. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and provided a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The amenities were excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. My kids in particular enjoyed the pool and other games.

Mango at Bonita Hills was my 2nd booking with ZenRepublik. It delivered the rare combo of wow‑factor views and lightning‑fast, human-centric hospitality; they let me rest in the first unit, then moved me in at 3 PM sharp and kept the food cold. Paper towels, detergent, extra water jugs, even an address for a stolen‑card replacement appeared minutes after each message. Business visitors were cleared with security promptly, and the power bill was shown meter‑to‑meter before I paid. The condo is spotless, Wi‑Fi ≈ 50 Mbps, and a true workstation faces palm tree tops with a slice of Playa Bonita; sunset from the rooftop infinity pool is unreal. Two‑minute scooter ride (or 15‑min walk) to cafés and surf breaks; secure parking waits when you return. Only wish: a starter soap/shampoo kit and labeled spray bottles. If you want hosts who solve problems before they grow, book this place.
